I'm Jill. Wife. Mother. Meemaw. Project Manager. And Author.

Storytelling has always been part of how I see the world, usually starting with a notebook and a question that just won't let me go. I go to bed early and wake up before the sun and wouldn't have it any other way. When I'm not writing or wrangling projects, you'll probably find me curled up with a good book, reorganizing something, on my yoga mat, or daydreaming about the beach.

I've been a mystery lover my whole life, especially the kind with layered timelines that keep you guessing in two directions at once. Psychological thrillers, cozy mysteries, police procedurals. If it keeps me guessing, I'm in. That love of the genre has always found its way into the stories I tell, where I get to build characters who feel genuinely real, flawed, funny, and full of heart.

I live in Southwest Virginia with my husband of almost 33 years and our Maltese, Coconut, who has perfected the art of napping through every plot twist I stress about. I'm so glad you found your way here.
